EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Post Name

Eligibility 

Medical Officer, Community Health

  • Degree in Ayurveda or Unani Tib of a University established by law in India or a qualification recognised by the Government as equivalent thereto.
  • Registration as a Vaidya or a Hakeem with the Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh
  • At least six month’s Professional experience in State Ayurvedic, Unani or AllopathicHospital or dispensary.

Veterinary Officer

  • A degree of Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) from a University established by law in India or a degree recognised by the Government.

Swasthya Shiksha Adhikari

  • A candidate for direct recruitment must possess a Master’s Degree from a recognised University in Sociology or any subject of Social Science.

Homoeopathic Medical Officer

  • A recognised degree in Homoeopathy, the duration of study of which is not less than five years according to its syllabus or course

Inspector of Drugs

  • Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences or Medicine with specialization in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology or equivalent from a recognized University

Dental Surgeon

  • A candidate for direct recruitment to the Service must possess at least B.D.S. (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree from a recognised university or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Indian Dental Council.

Chikitsa Adhikari (Ayurveda)

  • A degree in Ayurveda of a University established by law in India or
  • Five years degree or diploma in Ayurvedic of the Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh.
  • Registration as a Vaidya with the Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh and
  • Atleast six months Professional experience of State Ayurvedic or Allopathic Hospital or dispensary.

Chikitsa Adhikari (Unani)

  • A degree in Unani Tib of a University established by law in India. or
  • Five years degree or diploma in Unani Tib of the Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh.
  • Registration as a Hakeem with the Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh and
  • At least six months Professional experience of State Unani or Allopathic Hospital or dispensary.

Chikitsa Adhikari (Homoeopathic)

  • A recognised degree in Homoeopathy, the duration of study of which is not less than five years according to its syllabus or course or
  • Arecognised Diploma in Homoeopathy, the duration of study of which is not less than four years according to its syllabus or course Provided that preference will be given to degree holders.
  • The applicant should be duly registered with the Homoeopathic Medicine Board, Uttar Pradesh.

Vetting Officer

  • Bachelor of Arts degree (with English Literature or Hindi Literature as one of the subjects) or Bachelor of Science degree or Bachelor of Commerce degree with a minimum 50% marks from a University established by law in India or a qualification recognised by the Government as equivalent thereto, and, three years Bachelor of Laws degree with a minimum fifty percent marks from a University established by law in India.
